Here it is semi-before. I forgot to take a picture of it with the ugly orangy brown wood legs. I painted it my favorite turquoise color, sanded it, glazed it with some Valspar brown glaze and sealed it with poly. All of which I had here already.

Now that I look at it, I kind of like the fabric in the picture. Up close it was disgusting and dirty.

I picked up this remnant at Joann's for $2.00. So for a grand total of $6, I have a cute little footstool.

Cute! I love this little footstool. I would have seen the potential too. Footstools are good for reading in small places, don't you think? Fun!
I bought this exact same footstool a few weeks ago at Goodwill. Now I need to get busy and redo it, yours looks great!
