Well all of the tongue and groove is up but not all primed and painted (as you can see behind the cart). We did finally get the drawer pulls back on the drawers but have no cabinet doors up yet. I haven't even begun to paint them. Sigh...
I did buy this rolling cart on Overstock (which soon will get a coat of moss green paint). It holds all of our baking pans and various things as well as provides more counter space. I love having the wider doorway. A rolling cart and a pot rack - I don't want to move now.

Spend an hour driving to our house and you will rethink not wanting to move! And I love the sound of the color "moss green." Do you know how many colors of green different mosses can be? I would know, I took about twenty pictures of moss on our walk in the woods. What color will the tongue and groove be? In the picture it looks really pretty all natural like it is.
What do you mean you don't want to move now? Your house is all done so there's nothing more to do to it. It's time to buy a new dump so that you have more to fix up!
Besides, you want to live on the east side. It's way better over here and closer to everything/everybody.
How funny you both posted a comment within 15 minutes of each other.
The tongue and groove will be white like the backsplash.
Um Chris, are you saying my house was a dump? Well okay, maybe it was a little. I kind of want to enjoy my newly redone house but the pull of the east side is strong. Closer to the mountain and all.
I question whether it's better though. We have the Hillsboro Airport. ;)
No, I wasn't saying that your house was a dump. I actually never saw your house until it was quite well fixed up.
I meant a new dump as in a "dump that is new to you". Not a "dump to replace your current dump".
Oh Chris, you're too funny - I was only kidding. The roof, gutters and chimney were about to fall off this house and the kitchen floor was squishy. So it actually was a bit of a dump. Be glad you didn't see it, you would have thought I was crazy for loving it.
I keep checking houses in Damascus but so far nothing.
